Under the auspice of Dr Prof. Maha Zakaria Abdul Rahman, dean of the faculty, and Dr Prof. Yasser el- Neely, vice-dean for student affairs, the youth welfare department held a second celebration for the orphans' day. The faculty staff and their assistants, and the faculty students participated significantly in the celebration. Notably to say, the celebration was attended by the children of the improving health training center. During the celebration, the faculty students held a DJ concert and the children were greatly satisfied and amused by the day and were happily satisfied with the day at the faculty.

The postgraduate department is organizing a seminar in the developing hall on Monday, May 14, 2012 11:00 am, to discuss the PhD thesis submitted by the researcher Hebat Allah Nasr Mohammad Hassan, of the educational technology department. The thesis entitle:" draft of an electronic training program for enhancing the skills of the computer teacher." Attending the seminar is open for the faculty staff and their assistants and the postgraduate students; wishing for all the progress and prosperity.

Under the auspice of Dr Prof. Maha Zakaria Abdul Rahman, dean of the faculty, the youth welfare department organized the second blood donation campaign on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Notably to say, the campaign is targeting the Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt (CCHE 57357). A big number of students participated in the campaign; asking Allah to grant the children with speed recovery.

The faculty won four rewards in the first theatrical shows held in the university. The outcomes of the festival were as follow: third rank on the university level; the best producer; the best co-star; and the best child performance.
